Default Shipping Process

We strive to process and ship orders within 2-10 business days of receipt. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days
  • Next-Day Shipping: Estimated delivery by the next business day

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped. They can track their order status online or by contacting our customer service team.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the event of a damaged or lost package, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and take necessary actions to resolve the issue.
