BrainAcademy Return Policy
Returns:
- Items purchased from BrainAcademy may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" are not eligible for returns.
- Digital products (e.g., online courses, tutorials) are not eligible for returns once access is granted.
- Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at (555) 123-4567 or support@brainacademy.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Pack the item(s) securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Write the RAN prominently on the return label.
- Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
- Refund processing time may take up to 14 business days once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.
Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) do not meet the return policy requirements or if there is evidence of misuse or damage.
Additional Notes:
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
